" Iris van Herpen has collaborated on her collections with a number of artists from various disciplines, often on a recurring basis: choreographer and dancer Nanine Linning, visual artist Bart Hess, architect Daniel Widrig, Benthem Crouwel Architects, milliner Stephen Jones, milliner Irene Bussemaker, shoe brand United Nude (Rem D. Koolhaas), architect Isaie Bloch, filmmaker Zach Gold, graphic designer Tara Dougans, singer Joey Yung, architect Julia Koerner, jewellery designer Heaven Tanudiredja, and director and filmmaker Joost Vandebrug.
Singer-songwriter Björk wore dresses from several Iris van Herpen collections. She wore one of the dresses from the Radiation Invasion collection for the cover photo of her albumBiophilia (album). Both covers were photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. The dress also featured in the video Van Lamsweerde and Matadin shot for the song Moon of Björk’s Biophilia album. Furthermore, Björk wore dresses by Iris van Herpen during live concerts in 2012 (Roskilde; NY Hall of Science; Biophilia concert in Iceland).
